How Laser Removal Works
This non-invasive light therapy is designed to eliminate undesired hair from all parts of the body. The laser will create a pulse of intense, concentrated light wich is gently applied to the site through a small, cooled hand piece. The energy then passes through the skin of the follicle and is absorbed by pigment in the shaft and follicle. It will cause selective damage to the root, without damaging delicate pores and structures of the skin because it is pigment-specific. Excessive heat is not transferred to the surrounding skin because the laser is pulsed for only a fraction of a second. It takes only a few sessions to improve the undesired hair site.

Be warned, because it works by pigment, it works best for darker - brown and black - roots. The lighter colored roots will take more sessions. Also, get this done while you're young! Grey and white roots won't work for this treatment.
