· Use a broad based sunscreen with
UVA and UVB, minimum SPF of 30. · Reapply every 90 minutes and after swimming or heavy sweating. · Use lip sunscreen or zinc oxide. |

and 4pm. Stay in or stay covered to
keep safe. · Do not be tricked by cloudy days as UV can burn your skin right through the clouds. |
